There are certain things that are within our control in this process, and certain things that are not. The positive daily habits you set-up can help sustain you through the inevitable ups and downs.

It is also essential that we take really good care of ourselves and identify the things that can keep our spirits up, soothe us on tough days, and provide a sense of routine in the midst of uncertainty. Perhaps it is a daily walk, or regular phone calls with a family member/friend, or committing to an activity that lets us turn our brain off for a few hours a day.


Review this list of self-care tools as inspiration, and write down 3-5 habits that you want to commit to in this process.
