As a Product Designer, I am constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. Whether that means taking on new projects, enrolling in online courses, or attending events, I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself and evolve as a designer. My constant involvement in new environments has allowed me to adapt and excel in any given situation. Working on a variety of dynamic projects, ranging from a task management system to my current project BrainSquall (a SaaS product that helps people make sense of complex ideas) I have proven my ability as a multi-faceted designer. Taking on the role as the sole designer at BrainSquall, I evolved BrainSquall’s MVP into a visually compelling and user-friendly application. I developed a design system to ensure unison interactions, and created BrainSquall’s identity by establishing a logo, color scheme, and typography. In preparation of feature releases, I communicated my ideas clearly by rapid prototyping and reiterating designs based on feedback. To maintain a streamline process, I collaborated closely with engineering to prioritize features based on dev time. Throughout this process, I strengthened my skills as a designer, team member, and learned what it takes to operate in an ambiguous environment.
