To give you a better picture of my background, I have twelve years of experience in sales and operations, with a focus on client management. At each company, I’ve been promoted to serve as a leader/manager and have worked to build and execute strategies for the company at-large. I have primarily worked in high-growth and fast-paced environments. Because of this, I’m very adaptable and can pivot easily when company strategies change. I’ve also had to build relationships with clients in these rapidly-changing environments, which has made me a better communicator. I also consider myself a generalist and team-player because I regularly work with an interdepartmental team. In my current role, I’ve had to work with marketing, product development, engineering, finance, and the data teams to ensure our services and products and meeting client needs. Over the past few years, I’ve built, trained, and managed different teams, which has required me to be very process-oriented. I’ve been responsible for creating different processes for each of these teams to ensure we’re running efficiently and meeting KPIs.
