I am a self-starter, driven, and eager to learn more about how my role fits into the larger business. My prime focus is the intersection between customer needs and business needs - how can we better meet customer demands (in support, product) while also improving our business workflow? I geek out on optimizing workflows and anything to do with a whiteboard! I'm also super positive and can help any team I'm on find our way through a problem and reflect positively on our learning.
